1. Villa Bianca
Villa Bianca in Hampstead is most definitely the fanciest and best rated Italian in Hampstead if you are looking to dine in style or for a special occasion.
Located in the small and pretty lane of Perrins Court is this 30-year-old Italian restaurant.
In the summer they offer a selection of outdoor seating and they also have a function room to fit 50 people if you’re thinking of holding a party!
Villa Bianca offers a fine dining experience with an extensive food and wine menu along with fantastic service and you will not be disappointed!
Be sure to make a reservation in advance as Villa Bianca is always in demand!

2. Piccola Ristorante Pizzeria Napoletana
Also owned by the Villa Bianca Group is Piccola Ristorante Pizzeria Napoletana in Hampstead.
This Hampstead Italian restaurant still offers a nice dining experience but it is slightly more casual compared to the actual Villa Bianca restaurant as it has more of a traditional Italian Pizzeria feel to it.
Well located on Heath Street just 1 minute from Hampstead Tube Station Piccola Ristorante Hampstead offers a large selection of Pizzas as you would expect, as well as Pasta dishes and many other delicious and fresh dishes so add this on your list of Italian Restaurants in Hampstead to visit!

3. Mimmo La Bufala
For an Italian Restaurant near Hampstead Heath and for my favourite Italian place in Hampstead, visit Mimmo La Bufala!
They offer Neapolitan-style pizzas which are just as good, if not better, than many of the pizza’s I have had in Italy!
They also offer many other classic Italian dishes all served with fresh ingredients and many wine options too.
The Italian staff in Mimmo La Bufala make you feel as though you could well be in Italy and they are extremely friendly so head here for the best Pizza in Hampstead!

4. L’Antica Pizzeria
This is the perfect Italian in Hampstead if you want a good wood-fired oven Pizza in a casual setting.
Located just up the road from Hampstead Tube Station, this great if you are looking for child friendly restaurants in London. It is one of the good restaurants in Hampstead to visit with children as the atmosphere is relaxed and cosy inside.
If you don’t want pizza they also serve a range of salad and pasta options perfect for an Italian lunch or dinner in Hampstead!

5. La Gaffe Italian Restaurant & Hotel
La Gaffe is a small family-run hotel in Hampstead, their site dates back to 1743 and used to be a shepherds cottage!
The La Gaffe Restaurant opened in 1962, it originally started as a French Restaurant, then a Seafood Restaurant before finally becoming an Italian Restaurant offering a warm and welcoming Italian dining experience in Hampstead.
They offer set menus and party menus so they are perfect if you are celebrating a birthday, graduation or any other celebration and need a big function room in Hampstead.
If you want a homely meal with lovely staff, or even if you are looking for a friendly hotel to stay in Hampstead, La Gaffe Restaurant and Hotel in Hampstead is where you should visit!

6. Pizza Express
For an easy and super casual Italian Restaurant, especially if you have children. There is a Pizza Express located a few minutes from Hampstead Tube Station and there is also another Pizza Express down the road in Belsize Park!

Paolo Cometa’s Italian Restaurant on Finchley Road is a truly authentic, back street Italian Restaurant experience but instead its offered right off the busy road that is Finchley Road in London!
Paolo Cometa is from Palermo in Sicily, he offers his fullest hospitality to guests to the restaurant and along with this handmade pasta and many other reasonably priced dishes he also offers wine from his own vineyard!

8. L’artista
For a unique but traditional and authentic Italian Restaurant in Golders Green near Hampstead, head to L’artista which is not hard to find because of the vintage delivery van parked outside and brightly decorated inside.
This family-run restaurant which is an Italian Restaurant near Golders Green Station offers a contemporary and fun feel, perfect for families to visit with children but they have not compromised on their traditional Italian food!
They have chefs from all over Italy and their pizzas are particularly famous with the dough being freshly prepared in front of customers using only the finest ingredients.
Local’s keep coming back to L’artista in Golders Green so you should head there to try it out to see why too!
